The PGA Championship Official Store is committed to your satisfaction; we offer a 30-day return window for unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags attached. Please note that customized items and final sale memorabilia are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.
Print Prepaid Label
Select the reason for your return and download the prepaid UPS shipping label provided by the portal to ensure tracked delivery back to our warehouse.
Package Your Gear
Securely pack the items in their original packaging if possible, including the packing slip, and affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
